This seminar will teach you the basics of the transit procedure and is intended to create an understanding for the necessary entries in the ZODIAK GE software. The updates from the change of NCTS phase 4 to phase 5 will also be handled.

Beginners who have been working with ZODIAK GE for a maximum of 6 months and have not yet had any specific customs training.

- Types and scope of transit procedures (Community, common and international transit procedures; T 1, T 2, T2L, TIR carnet, NCTS electronic transit procedure)
- Procedures
- Guarantee (forms and amount)
- The principal (rights and obligations, liability)
- Simplifications in transit law (authorized consignee, authorized consignor)
- Handling of discrepancies
- Changes due to the changeover from NCTS Phase 4 to Phase 5
